Twelve years ago company founder Steve, who had worked in his family business King David Tyres (South Wales) since 1985, noticed a gap in the market. He realised if we could create mobile tyre fitting vehicles that could fit tyres anywhere the customer wanted and without charging a premium price for the service, then it would be a no-brainer for customers.
Since then Smartyre has gone from strength to strength and now offer a mobile tyre fitting service in Swansea, Newport, Cardiff, Neath, Llanelli, Bridgend, Merthyr, Aberdare, Cwmbran, Pontypool and all the surrounding areas.
